College Relations and Marketing
Through strategic communication initiatives, brand integrity management, and event coordination, the Office of College Relations seek to foster a better understanding of and support for the priorities of RCTC in stakeholder communities including prospective and current students, alumni, faculty, staff, greater Rochester community, and local, regional and national government and media.
Our team assists RCTC staff and academic programs with a wide variety of services including promotion, public/media relations, market research, program marketing, publication development, social media, event planning and a host of other marketing-related functions. I act as the College’s primary external relations, communications, and marketing officer, and have primary responsibility for leadership, management, strategic direction, policy development and oversight for the College’s marketing, advertising, public/media/government/community relations and communication programs. I work in concert with College leadership to identify goals and strategies to further the College mission then create, develop, coordinate, implement, supervise, and evaluate the College's marketing, advertising and public/media/government/community relations efforts to further the College’s community, regional, state, and national presence in a positive light. I have been fortunate to be a part of the RCTC campus community since 1984 (including being a graduate of RCC). I design and assist in the planning and management of the college brand and all marketing materials for the College.
Messenger - Marketing Specialist

I am responsible for college-wide advertising (radio, TV, newspapers, etc.). In addition, I work with the members of our marketing team to create various publications (viewbook, program brochures, etc.) I also assist instructors in promoting their programs to prospective students.
