Transfer Resources

  • Minnesota State – Transfer Information – Students and their advisors have access to Minnesota State Student Planner which is a set of resources that help them plan and achieve their educational goals and can be accessed on any device connected to the internet. Students are encouraged to run and check their Audit (and their Plan, if they have one) every semester and whenever a change (like transferring in credits) has been made.
  • Transfer pathways – Minnesota MyHigherEd – Transfer pathways are a mechanism colleges use to make it easy to start at a two-year college and transfer to a four-year institution. Most two-year colleges will have a number of four-year colleges they have pathways with. These pathways are designed to save you money and time.
  • Transferology – Gives transfer students direct access to course acceptability, equivalency, and applicability among participating institutions across the United States, enabling students to immediately see how their courses fulfill degree requirements at the desired college or university.
  • Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (MnTC) – Discover how courses transfer satisfies general education requirements.
  • Avenues to four-year degrees.  View our articulations and transfer pathways to earn a bachelor’s degree.
  • Transcript requests – If you are transferring to another Minnesota State institution (not including the University of Minnesota), your official transcript from a Minnesota State institution(s) will be electronically retrieved by that institution at no cost.
  • Transfer Rights and Responsibilities – Minnesota State policy 3.39
