Each year RCTC faculty, staff, and students nominate instructors who are innovative, exemplify service to their students and RCTC, provide students clear measures for success, have created equitable and inclusive classroom environments, and are experts in their field of teaching. These instructors are awarded the RCTC Outstanding Educator Award and are submitted for the Minnesota State Board of Trustees Excellent in Teaching Awards.
