    RECEIVE YOUR TAX FORMS ELECTRONICALLY

You can receive your 2024 1098-T and W-2 tax forms electronically instead of by U.S. mail. Benefits include:

    • Quicker access to year-end tax forms
    • Reduced printing and mailing costs
    • Environmentally friendly

Visit your eServices site before the end of the semester to opt for electronic forms. For questions, contact the Financial Aid Office at 507-285-7557.

    FALL FINANCIAL AID ACCEPTANCE DEADLINE

Students on Fall Financial Aid have until December 1, 2024 to accept their Federal Direct Loans for Fall Semester. For questions, contact the Financial Aid Office at 507-285-7557 or financialaid@rctc.edu.

    WEATHER EMERGENCIES

As we approach winter, remember the policies for weather-related closures or emergencies:

    • Emergency Alerts: All current RCTC students and employees receive alerts at their RCTC email. To receive alerts via text, phone, or a non-RCTC email, sign up for the RCTC Emergency Alert system.
    • Information Sources: Updates will be posted on RCTC’s Facebook, Twitter, website, and the main switchboard (507-285-7210). Local TV stations KTTC-TV, FOX47-TV, and KAAL-TV will also broadcast status changes.
    • Decision Times: Day class decisions by 6:00 a.m., evening class decisions by 3pm If the campus opens late, classes starting before the opening time will not meet. If the campus closes early, classes starting before the closure time will meet but must end at the closure time.

    Safety Considerations:

    • Are state highways open and snowplows operating?
    • Are local transit systems running?
    • Is wind, cold, or ice a factor?
    • Are power or heating systems affected?

Ultimately, the decision to travel safely is up to each individual.
