Numerous agencies and institutions may wish to verify that you are or have been a student at Rochester Community and Technical College. Information may include enrollment dates, enrollment status (full or part time), and graduation information. The National Student Clearinghouse is authorized to provide enrollment and degree verifications for RCTC through its web based student self-service program.

Students may obtain FREE enrollment verifications by utilizing the National Student Clearinghouse site. Accessing your information through our web portal assures protection of your information.

The benefit of using this service is that it is secure and simple to use. The site provides 24/7 access to enrollment verifications and the ability to print enrollment certificates on demand. Please note that the Clearinghouse is not able to process verifications requiring academic information (GPA, good standing, etc.). These requests must be processed through the Admissions Office by providing a written statement.

Please note the number of credits you enroll in determines your status.

• Full-time = 12 or more credits
• Half-time = 6 - 11 credits
• Less than half-time= 5 or less credits

Your access to the National Student Clearinghouse allows you perform the following activities:

• Print enrollment certificates.
• View enrollment history.
• Check enrollment verifications that the Clearinghouse has provided to student service providers on your behalf.
