Join Jennifer Monsos, RYT-500, for an all-levels lunch hour yoga! From 11:15am-12pm on Tuesdays in S2002 (The Sports Center), starting August 30th and ending October 18th!
You don’t need a thing to pop into BREATHE-MOVE and MEDITATE! Come as you are and let go of the stress of the morning, and prepare for a focused afternoon! This class will begin with breathwork and centering to help calm you…we will then move into some yoga poses intended to help you stretch and release tension. We will end with a nice long relaxation and guided meditation to send you out refreshed and ready to face the rest of your day!
This is open to RCTC students, faculty, and staff.
