The RCTC Mass Communication program is designed for students to gain the entry-level knowledge and skills necessary to become a mass media communicator in today’s modern media society, and to continue their studies in a multitude of fields including television, radio, print, web, social and digital media, public relations, or advertising.
Program Options
The Mass Communication Certificate is designed for students to gain the entry-level knowledge and skills necessary to become a mass media communicator in today’s modern media society.
A certificate is awarded for successful completion of a specialized set of skills or program of study. A student completing certain certificates will have completed a skill set that is part of a series of skills valuable in the workplace, or that may eventually be used to complete a diploma, transfer pathway or associate degree.
