| NA1602 | Must submit a National Criminal Background Check, the fee for this check is the student’s responsibility. Successful completion of NA 1500 (or equivalent) with a grade of “C” or better. Completion of or concurrent enrollment in HCOP 1610, ENGL 1117, PSYC 1611 or PSYC 2618, HLTH 1110 or BLS for Healthcare Provider |
